Great location near Taksim Square, close to metro station. Helpful staff, provided good recommendations for nearby restaurants. Upgraded to spacious room with big balcony and windows on two sides. Comfortable beds.

Divine hotel with fast wi-fi, the location was amazing very near the metro. The room was stocked, non-smoking and the decor there was nice. Liked the fact that check-in was early. Parking was nearby, fee - usd 10 per day.

It was as expected, had a such great stay. The hotel was cute, I felt very welcome. Breakfast was good, with variety of food. Staff was supper friendly and gave tips about the places in Istanbul.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to make my experience nice. The hotel was impeccably clean and offered complimentary water and coffee in the rooms, a nice touch. the location of the hotel was fantastic, with a metro station just a short walk away, making it easy to explore all parts of the city.

I had a great stay here! The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially those at the reception desk. The room was very comfortable and clean, with all the amenities I needed. The wi-fi was also very reliable, which was a big plus.
